Shipping & Returns Policy

Here at Fox Cub & Co, we will always aim to provide you with beautiful cards and hand poured products as quickly as possible & to the highest of standards.

In the unlikely event of an issue arising, we aim to resolve them as quickly and effectively as possible.

Shipping:

Every scented product is curated and hand poured by us in small batches by our small team. We kindly ask all of our customers to allow for 5 working days for their products to be made and packaged ready for dispatch.

Due to Covid 19, in many instances, couriers are taking longer than their advertised, normal shipping times, so your patience whilst waiting for your order is greatly appreciated - Rest assured, your beautiful products will arrive with you as soon as possible.

All items are posted Royal Mail 48hr tracked.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure the correct address is entered at checkout, orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be refunded minus postage costs.

Returns:

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with a product that you have received, please make sure you get in contact with us via our contact page.

We will be happy to refund the cost of the item (not including shippings costs) following the item being returned to us in perfect condition.

Please note, we do not cover the cost of any return shipping costs.

Lost/Damaged Items:

All items are carefully wrapped and well protected for shipping to you. However, occasionally items can become damaged or get lost during shipping which unfortunately is out of our hands.

In the event that an item arrives to you damaged, please ensure you contact us with a photo of the damaged item and once checked, we will send a replacement out to you as soon as possible. If the item is out of stock you can have the choice of an alternative scent (within the same range/size as initial order) or a full refund will be provided.
