1. Existing Orders

1.0 I’ve recently made an order, when will it be dispatched?

All of our candles are hand poured in small batches. As stated prior to checking out and in your confirmation email, we kindly ask for a period of 5 working days (beginning the next working day after your order is placed) to allow us to make your order and prepare it for dispatch.

Once your order has been fulfilled you will be notified via email (please keep an eye on your junk mail/spam box). Unfortunately due to Covid 19, delays are fairly common, so please be patient with the arrival of your parcel as once you order has been shipped it is in the hands of the courier.

1.1 My order has arrived but it is damaged/faulty/incorrect

If your order has arrived damaged or faulty, please refer to our Shipping & Returns page of our website. If your order is incorrect, please ensure you have raised the issue with us via email - contact@foxcubandco.co.uk and we will ensure everything is rectified as quickly as possible.

1.2 I’ve made a mistake and entered incorrect information when ordering

We have carefully designed the website to provide customers multiple opportunities to check and ensure their order is correct before making payment. In the instance whereby a shipping address needs changing, it is essential for you to let us know within 24 hours of placing your order. If this time has elapsed, we will make every effort to change any information for you, although if your order has been shipped we will be unable to change the shipping address and a refund is not able to be provided.

1.3 I’ve ordered twice within a short period of time, can you combine my orders?

If you have ordered twice within 24 hours and would like your orders be combined please contact us at contact@foxcubandco.co.uk within 24 hours of your first order. If shipment has been paid twice your account will be credited the cost of one shipping fee. If this time has elapsed, we may not be able to combine orders.

1.4 I’ve missed the discount code! Can I add this after I’ve placed my order?

Unfortunately we can not add discount codes retrospectively, please remember to use your discount code on your next order! (if the discount code is still valid)

2.0 Are your products Vegan/Environmentally friendly?

Our candle and wax melt product ingredients are all vegan friendly. The jars can also be recycled along with the packaging in accordance with local regulations.

2.1 What are your products made from?

All of our products are thoroughly tested to ensure they all meet our high standards! Our candles and wax melts are made using 100% natural soy wax and fragranced with the most luxurious fragrance oils on the market.

2.2 Are your products safe around Pets?

Yes! All our products are safe to use with pets in the home! However, all products should be kept out of reach from pets and children, and should never be ingested. Please take great care when using our products and always follow the safety advise provided on the items & item packaging.
